Mrs America, Mrs American, and Miss For America Strong 2024 Pageant Winners
The Mrs America Presents pageant event took place earlier this week in Las Vegas, Nevada, where contestants from across the United States gathered for a week of companionship and competition. Each participating state organization sent delegates in their respective categories, Miss or Mrs, for a chance to win. Three titleholders were crowned - Mrs America, Mrs American, and Miss For America Strong. Meet the contestants for Mrs America Presents 2024:
Because of my ties to this system, I didn't post my predictions prior to pageant week to avoid the potential of undue influence. This year, like every year, the competition was very strong. This pageant system attracts a lot of former Miss USA titleholders, now competing as married women. The Miss for America Strong category also welcomed several pageant veterans this year, and this system is gaining in popularity.
First Impressions and Early Predictions
Based on the headshots and preliminary info given, this was the list of my early prediction Top 20 contenders for each crown:
Mrs America: Alabama, Alaska, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin

Seeing some of the team departure looks and photos from pageant week, I wish there was a special award given to the state teams as a group, because some of them were outstanding and you could tell they had put a good deal of effort into coordinating for certain photo ops and events. Some of these team efforts also influenced my top picks, because you could tell they had gone that extra mile to work together and to create something unique and special about this experience representing their states. Now let's get to each of the pageants and the final results.
Miss for America Strong
The first title awarded was Miss for America Strong. This is the competition category for single women, divorced or widowed, with or without children. First the field was narrowed down to 15 semifinalists. My predictions weren't too far off, 10 out of 15. Here are the results:
Top 15: Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, West Virginia, Wyoming
Next, 9 contestants were eliminated. Of the Top 6, half of them were from my predicted top contenders:

When it came to the Final 3, all of the finalists were named in my initial top predictions. Here are the official standings for Miss for America Strong 2024:

Mrs American
On Finals Night 2, the Mrs American title was awarded. For those of you wondering about the difference between Mrs AmericaN and Mrs America, the Mrs American contestants are comprised of the 1st Runner-ups from all the Mrs America state preliminaries. So for example, earlier this year there was a Mrs Florida America state pageant held, and the winner is Mrs Florida America. The first runner-up was awarded the title Mrs Florida AmericaN, and she, along with all the first runner-ups from each state, competed here for that second national title. What's interesting is that the winners of these national pageants - Mrs America and Mrs AmericaN both move on to compete at the Mrs World pageant. So as a competitor, it's possible that you could come in 2nd at the state level and then go on to win the national and also the world title, in theory. Let's take a look at this year's results for Mrs American 2024. When it came to the first cut, the Top 15 semifinalists, my predictions were pretty spot-on! Correct on 13 out of 15:

Next the Top 6 were announced. All of the Top 6 and Final 3 were predicted in my Top picks to watch:
Top 6: Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Washington
When it came to the Final 3, I was honestly surprised not to see Tennessee in the running. Here are the final standings and the winner of Mrs American 2024:

Mrs American 2024: Washington - Heidi Stephens
This was an amazing victory for Heidi Stephens. About 15 years ago, she competed in the Miss America system in Washington as Heidi Nicks, around the same time that I was involved with the Miss Washington America regionals. It is great to see her capture a national crown.
Mrs America
The grand finale of pageant week was the Mrs America 2024 Pageant. This is the granddaddy of all pageants for married women, it is the most recognized and because of its notoriety this system attracts the best of the best when it comes to experienced pageant veterans, and married professionals entering the pageant arena for the first time. Mrs America contestants excel when it comes to promoting their pageant platforms and community initiatives. They are polished, poised, and they know how to do a great interview. Without further ado, let's get to the results. Again, when it came to the Top 15 semifinalists, my predictions were 13 out of 15!
Top 15: Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia
Again, all of the Top 6 semifinalists and the Final 3 were in my top predictions!
Top 6: Georgia, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas
Although my predicted winner was Texas, all three finalists were outstanding contestants. Final results:

Mrs America 2024 - Tennessee - Hannah Wise
Hannah Wise will make a wonderful ambassador at the Mrs World Pageant as Mrs America 2024. She is a wife, mother, and a long-time advocate for abused and neglected children, with strong ties to her hometown community in Tennessee.
